Some dogs work hard and play dirty. They are crazy about digging, swimming in the ocean, and rolling in mud puddles, which creates the need for frequent bathing. Professional groomers can get pricey, so let's follow these easy steps to groom like a pro at your home.
STEP 1. BRUSH YOUR DOG
Brush your dog properly to remove dead hair and mats. Choose brush carefully, different brushes are for different hair length. This GROOMING BRUSH is one of the best to have a real good brushing session. It removes 90% of dead hair, it is for real deep grooming, because it doesn't only remove dead hair, but also cleans dog's undercoat, which is hard to reach with simple brushes.
STEP 2. COMFORT YOUR DOG
Some dogs are in love with water, and have no doubts when owner ask to get into the bathtub. But some of them are just afraid of grooming, or might be hyperactive. Be gentle and calm, - it should not be a stressfull experience for both of you, - give your lovely dog a treat or use this helpful device. You can put this LICK PAD on a side of your bathtub or on the wall in the shower, so you will make a pleasant experience of bathing for your dog.
STEP 3. WASH YOUR DOG
Once your dog has gotten used to the bathtub, it's time to get wet! Make sure the water isn't too hot since dogs have fur and water that might feel fine to us can make your dog uncomfortable. Aim for lukewarm water closer to room temperature. Spill a line of shampoo on your dog's spine, and here is a favourite part that dogs usually like because it's like a massage - use this MASSAGE SET, which is extremely good for gentle removal of the rest of dead hair during and after bathing. Rinse shampoo carefully. Make sure you don't get any soap in your pup's eyes or ears.
STEP 4. DRY YOUR DOG
Before you let your dog out of the tub, try to towel him or her off a little bit so when your dog shakes, she won't get water all over the bathroom! Once your pup's out of the tub, cover completely in BATHING TOWEL or DISPOSAL TOWELS - these towels are super absorbent, - and try to get as much water off your pup as possible.
STEP 5. TRIM NAILS
Nail trimming can be an anxiety-laden experience for many dogs, so again you can use LICK PAD to sidetrack your dog attention during the trimming. Most of the owners are afraid to cut dogs nails, but with LASER TRIMMER you gonna have no worries, because it has a laser which will show you the area that you're about to trim.
STEP 6. FINISHING TOUCHES
Clean dog's ears with soft pads, don't go too deep, and cheer your dog up on every step if grooming process. Use this TRIMMER with two different heads, so you can trim long hair on your dogs paws or years, or maybe you want to give your dog a little hair cut.
STEP 7. TREAT YOUR PUP
Give your dog a little massage session with this MASSAGE SET, especially pay attention to butt area, because dogs love when you scratch them "over there". Don't forget to tell your dog what a good boy/girl he/she is.
And enjoy snuggling with your clean lovely pup!
